Shipping & Delivery

We’re dedicated to providing fast, safe, and reliable delivery services for all of our products. We currently ship to destinations in the continental United States.

We offer several options to receive your order; you’ll see them at checkout:

  • Standard Shipping: A standard shipping price will be displayed at checkout. We also offer UPS Next Day Air and other expedited shipping options. If you need expedited shipping please let us know your requirements in the “note” section at checkout and we’ll contact you.
  • Delivery:  Progressive Grower trucks deliver in New England and New York. We will ship your order in the most economical way possible. When Shipping LTL motor freight we compare prices among numerous carriers to find the best rates.  When submitting an order with the Delivery option you’ll be contacted by a member of our team.
  • Local Pickup: The Local Pickup option will appear at checkout if you’re within a 40 mile radius of our West Wareham, MA store. Select this option if you prefer to pick up your order at this location. We will contact you to arrange for order pickup. Please pick up orders no later than the month after ordering. Orders left after 30 days will be subject to available supply and price.
  • Shipping Quote Needed:  If items in your cart require a shipping quote they will be listed in a section called “Heavy Items” at Checkout. Please proceed with payment and submit your order. We will contact you with a shipping quote. Your payment will not be processed until you accept the shipping quote.

Returns

Saleable products may be returned with permission and may be subject to handling charges based on the condition and time of return for seasonal products. Expired products, fertilizers, seed, special order, and non-stock items are not returnable. Upon receiving your order please inspect it immediately and report any error, shortage or damage within 3 days. Progressive Grower is not responsible for shortages reported more than 3 days after receipt. In the case of overpayments, cancellations, shortages, returns, defective products, etc. credit invoices will be issued. Credit invoices not used will be mailed annually but after 15 months will be voided.
